lol, its been exactly a MONTH since I last blogged. ohyeah, i'm falling and rotting into the cycle of dead blogs. I was thinking of changing up everything and going ahead with a new blog, but after changing to this skin, I didn't really have the heart. ;)

1. make God proud'

3. be great at bm, phys, chem, bio, sj, addmts, the list go on...

4. find someone to love

5. finish the loads of homework

6. wake up to realise that mid year's in 2 weeks time

7. watch all the movies I wanna watch

8. enjoy fresh air in the park

9. complete those songs of mine

10. shoot videos (music ones)

and the list goes on...

yet what ms. sim said will always ring in my head.

hmm.. one thing, my time management is terrible.

last Thursday, me and Hoyan plus the poster and kain rentang girls headed to SMK Kiaramas for a science-themed comp. Me and Ho were there for graphic designing and well let's just say it was an interesting learning experience. first of all, I was the only one using a Mac. (go Mac!) ^^ and the theme was "Sains dan Teknologi Asas Keutuhan Ekonomi Negara". at the sight of the theme, I was like, "whaaaaattt..." it was a kind of lame theme. and well, the stock photos they provided were not of the best quality. (we were supposed to create a graphic with only THOSE PICTURES, yes, how sad) haha.. but still it was a challenge.

To me, all the other contestants were really skillful, but they had bad taste. as in, they rendered out like more than 10 pictures in that short time, but, they simply placed them all together and used some cina font. so.. we had to learn their skills and they would have to learn from our taste. the two guys sitting beside us came with something really good, and thus, I think they stand a chance of winning. oh, and we were the ONLY ONES who had something WHITE and SIMPLE. everybody else used dark colours. ohwell, we did our best. and that's what matters. rite, kor? ^.~

speaking of a kor, I have another kor now. and I love my kor. ;) as well as my real kor. ;))

i love ELDER brothers, for they have wisdom to offer. and i love my dad and mom. I wish in the future, I'll be as wise and grounded as my dad, and as generous and loving as my mom. and i don't think I can keep up with children, I'm not their biggest fans.

and, I personally thank the Lord that I don't have younger siblings. (phew)

anyway, (i'm being seriously random these days),

I watched Death Race yesterday. I know I'm terribly outdated, but the movie ROCKED.

-the discoveries of a girl who has just installed the movie channels in Astro.

oh and I LURRRVVEEE watching the live music shows on KBS.coolness.

p.s.s I read 2 books in 3 days. READ MITCH ALBOM'S BOOKS. they're awesome.

Jocelyn has and had an identity crisis.

And it's true.

I've faced many problems, just as much as you, cried, gave up and started becoming numb to life, just like everyone else. It's just that alot of you, my friends, don't see it. You see a happy laughing girl at school everyday. But I have my share of problems. I do.

It's just that I save the tears for my room.

now, how does this relate to Good Friday?

let's pause for a moment.

you see, sometimes, you feel like you have issues with yourself that you can't take to your friends, or even you parents. who do you take them too then? you can't pendam it forever.

I take it to God.

Sometimes, we just wonder, I really cant do this. for ex, school. Things like, aiya, study hard then can edi la, just don't work for me. I really cannot do it. People can advise me for all I care, but there are just some things, you just feel you can't do.

see, something happened to me years ago, I have not told anyone before yet. of course my parents know la. But let us save that story for another time.

I think, that if I had no God to run to and confide in, I would have been like those girls who dwell in their depression, thinking they're useless. Yes, I have had those days, believe it or not.

Many of you probably think, "Jocelyn? Mana ade la." But yes, it happens to me.

Remember the identity crisis? I've found myself, who I truly am, in God. seriously.

it's as simple as this :

If not for God, the times I spent in my room, crying my heart out to Him, asking him why things happen, and hearing Him speak what I needed to hear,

I WOULD NOT BE THE SAME CHEERY HAPPY LAUGHING JOKER-ISH PERSON.

God is the pulling force, that pulls me together.

so, what I'm trying to bring across is, if you have felt like there's no hope for a person like me, or like something's really missing in my life even if it's going ever so smoothly, or like I just give up handling life,

I just wanna say, that there's hope.

Hope in God.

And, the best thing?

He's waiting there, (yes, which God waits for you?) with open loving arms, just waiting for you to come to Him. (He even desires YOU). Hope, and that little thing that's missing in your life, can be found in Him, and Him alone.

After all,

He's not faraway, He's only a prayer away.

of a super memorable birthday party

yes, I'm talking bout Leva's sweet sixteenth. It was really awesome, with all of us playing in the pool and such. I LOVE POOL PARTIES. ;D and NO ONE was safe, we pushed ALMOST everyone in. LOL, vancy tried fighting, but the into-the-pool-throwers didnt give up, even with Vancy's long fingernails slicing their skin. XD

of unbelievable marks for Lit and cute essays

as most classes would know, Pn. Judy gave us essays to write, with the interesting title of, "What I think my Mr. Right would be like."

and yes, we all wrote from the heart. My essay, was a mostly TRUE story. hehe.. when I get it back, I'll type it out and you guys can comment. Through everybody's essays we got to see how demanding, or un-demanding we sc2 people were. Nareen for instance said her Mr. Right had to have a Phd from Harvard, and preferably was a billionaire who could give her a ferrari or porsche. HAHA... some high demands eh.

personally, all I want, is someone who understands me and has a great and sweet personality.

HE need not be a model, for my standard and taste in looks is actually quite low, as opposed to people like CHI MEI FEN's standard. ;D for me, the person, good-looking or not, if he has a good personality will eventually grow and me, and I won't care about how he looks after that. =)

amazingly, I got 37/50 for the Lit paper. which is actually quite ok. only around 5 of us got this kind of marks, with the exception of Sophia. THE POET, as i call her, who got 40/50.

you know, lit students need to pro in the art of crapping. yes, crapping.haha.. you just need to talk alot, sugar coat it, and package your answers is pretty layers of words and phrases. then you have it!

of sensitivities and ABC

as most of you guys would have seen my FB posts, you would noe that there is some problem going on between two of my good friends.

In my opinion, of course I would say my friend, the student, has brought all those things upon herself. I mean, seriously lah, we want to see you change and become a better person. Rudeness, is never a personality ok. We don't want to condemn you, but our friend, the prefect is doing her best AND the right thing that we're supposed to do. And if you didnt notice, she DIDN'T send you to pari. she CARED for you, and sent you to a tcher you are comfortable with. you know, I don't want this minor problem, (yes discipline is minor to me) to get in the way of friendships. I've seen you change my friend, and I want to see the old you, the sweet(yes u were), kind person you were. kay?

I won't say anything more, I'll just pray for you, my dear 4sc4 friend.

so, yesterday, I was doing the ABC. and THE WORST OF ALL THINGS HAPPENED.

I had recorded ALOT of stuff but I was yet to save it. My leg accidentally hit the plug, and poof, the computer turned off. THE COMPUTER TURNED OFF! and I hadn't save the info yet. OMGUDNESSSSSSSSSS.. and it was alot of info. haih..... God grant me patience.

oh, I just locked everything up in frustration, in my brain, " I DON'T WANT TO SEE YOU, COMPUTER EVER AGAIN." at least mac has auto-recovery tau. OMG...

AND YEAH, im real satisfied with this week's Ai.

Yes, I'm a total AG friend even before he got to Idol. He always had that knack of giving songs a whole new twist, but sadly, he didnt show much of that on Ai. he's on youtube, GO CHECK HIM OUT.

and I'm a self-confessed Crystal Bowersox fan too, she's so THE awesome la.

yes, Ai's boring this year, but there are a few standouts. and when i say few, really few.

I'm missing my Glee dose ;( and The Landlady by Roald Dahl is SCARRRYYYY.

BDAY BLASTNESS

My Birthday was an absolute blast.

I had my 16th birthday party in my house, and oh, it was packed. My house can runtuh just containing a bunch of happening, loud st. marians.

Not only that, I had the all the Canaanites over. FUH~ happening sial.. hahaha.

YES, my friends from school were wondering why the Canaans didn't really talk to them, but I could've guessed why.

The St. Marians were like SUPER NOISY WEIH. and you guys were so cheerful.

The canaan people have seen st.marians before (obviously) but I think they've never seen/ felt the full blast and after effects of the ST. Marian spirit.

Even you guys(canaanites) were like (WO.) when they sang me the bday song school style rite.

hahahaha, see... I always had the st.marian style of singing happy birthday implanted in my head, that's why everytime we celebrate a bday in youth, I would be very tempted to drag the person's name. XD yay, now you know this amalan, bday celebrations won't be so dead.

CNY Meaningfulness

Last tuesday was something like a MILESTONE DAY for me ^^.

My cousins, from my dad's side, actually ajak-ed me to go watch a movie with them.

Yes, I was totally happy cause I would finally get the chance to mix with them.

(Even though I can't talk much chinese, and they would be watching some cina movie)

The Best Part?

they wanted to like improve their english, so most of the time, I didn't need to speak chinese! (OH JOY;)) and we're much closer now. I finally understand them and get them to see me for me. (gosh, that sounds cheesy). But yeah, there's this cousin for example, who always stares (yes, STARES; coldly) at me and my family, she looks like she's gonna kill you and she's younger than me. Yes, scary much. And I always felt like she bu suangs us for some reason.

But during this outing, I got to know her for real, she's actually a nice funny girl. She's the one who talked more to me, and not the other way around. AND she was smiling the whole way.

She's actually a PRETTY GIRL man. I never noticed that. So yeah, turns out she's scared to speak english and so she talked to me most of the time in cantonese. (which is of no help to me, I just smiled 60% of the time XD)

The OK-OK Part?

We reached Metro Prima at 2pm and the only available movie ticket was at 5:30PM.

so, we spend some THREE hours haunting and lepakking around MP. XD

I think I've finally gotten ENOUGH time to spend at a bookstore. And we actually went and tried those weight & height machines. haha.. they're quite fun -lah.

AND THE MOVIE?

okok la.. Lame but funny. Yes, even I could understand it. The title was

All's Well That Ends Well 2010.

yeah, that movie gave me the urge to watch more cina movies actually.

yeah, LTC has passed and so has the prefects' installation. Both awesome defining moments in my life. XD

LTC- well you know what happened, cause I'm super malas to type it out here.

a summary would be, we've learned to appreciate our leaders better and we even cried rivers for them. How i wish I took a video of us fighting ignorantly for our beloved Mun Li and Suet Yan, politely stating our point and debating (more like half-shouting, with curses meant for our camp facis running thru our heads; literally, we were like F F F, cz it was SO unfair), and begging (plus kneeling) the facis to let Mun and SY go and NOT get sent home for OUR wrongdoing. yeap, Mun Li and Suet Yan, thanks for everything, and I LOVE YOU LOTS. I bet all the prefects have realised this mistake of not appreciating you guys enough.

*ish, i tak dapat record Syaeista's emotional speech, because I was busy crying AND thinking of a way to fight back the facis*

but no, I can say I have learned a VERY valuable lesson through the facis and don't worry, how they made us all cry, it was just an act to get us to show our true selves and indeed the weaknesses in the prefectorial board. I believe the facis should get an academy award for their performance XD. Go, RAZI. XD

Prefect Installation - other than the usual "kaki sakit!" of perlantikans from standing too long, and the guest speaker who was indeed one fiery passionate st. marian, the one highlight that probably lights a spark in the form four's eyes is the fun and so-called pro-ness of finally wearing the senior uniform. XD I LOVE MY SENIOR UNI. lol. it actually looks kinda class compared to other kerajaanschools.

don't you think this combination (note: jap plaid skirt) would be just awesome. the day that the uniforms in msia change in this, I think there will be a thunderstorm.

Oh well, these days, everybody's busy and such.

I myself have not been blogging in awhile.
So here's the brief update on me. ^^

1. The busyness of form 4 life has not sinked in yet. Probably due to me not joining as many stuff as last year.

2. IMMA GONNA BE WEARING THE SENIOR UNI! =))) yeah, I'm oh-so-very happy cause my skirt fits and I love the blazer. You people are gonna see all the new and improved form 4s next mon. ^^

3. SCHOOL MAG 2009 ROCKS. design wise. hehe, articles need improvement and lots more. Oh well, I'm just gonna sit and 'menghayati' Michelle's work and beautiful photos. ;)

4. I believe I have officially begun a new journey with God. I understand alot more about life, and I'm sooo excited to stop, drop whatever I'm doing, and listen to Him.

I'm slowly beginning to accept the way things are, and of course, try to unleash more of my beauty unto the world. *you're not gonna understand this part until you read the book, Captivating. a super eye-opener!*

what ROCKED in 2009 and didn't.

in February, I participated and won in my first ever St. John competition.

in March, there was a life changing camp for me in the CF Camp.

and of course, totally got close with Le, Ho, So, Po, Ka, Queen, and Yu.

=)), seriously, you guys are the bestest girl friends ever, and we've gone through the best and worst of this year together. from Pn. Jamilah to PMR to our band to surprise birthdays to many days at my house. We shared tears and ALOT of laughs. XD stomach also pain ar, kau chuo!

2 besties. LOL, sophia, this year I told you alot of stories hor?

in May I went to Leehom's concert (woot^^). There was Church Camp which was good thanks to people I went with, and God's awesome presence.

of course there was beautiful music throughout the entire year. Khalil Fong, AJ Rafael, Joanna Wang, Adam Lambert(Ai), etc. And the was the Korean wave/virus which took girls all over the world by storm {I want nobody, nobody but you!}{gee gee gee} *hint, ph and rachelXD

and THERE WAS H1N1, how could I forget. and the 3S supposed crisis with h1n1.

in August, there was the super awesome 40th Anniversary where we took ALOT ALOT of pictures and probably the first time in so many months that you, Coach P decided to come. haha.. *promise so long tak datang pun* hahaha, jkjk.

by now, the youth of Canaan would have stuck together to overcome the crisis that was endangering our trip to Phi. Thus far, Imma gonna give a shoutout to my crazy, lala, awesome, super geng, bimbotic, BLUR friends,

in October, I sat for PMR, listened and paid real close attention to Pn. Yang who helped me thru the dark waters of BM.

At the same time, this was another spiritually refreshing time for me as we prayed and waited upon the Lord for SLS. God took us in his wing and saw us through 100 people coming up for the altar call. We prayed overnight at school and really renewed ourselves before the Lord.

God also put in our place a fiery CF leader in Ms. Sim as well as GUNG HO cf commitees;

Flora, Grace, MF, Meii, Junn, Cheryl, SOPH, and of course Ah Chey.

AND OF COURSE, the best thing this year?

BAGUIO, PHIPHI.

I will never, ever forget this trip for the rest of my life. It was really the bestest ever.

What more with the people I went with.

Haha, I just feel like saying a big Thank You to Rachel and Lydia. Don't know why, but you guys do brighten my life like sunshine to rain.;)

and a big thank you to you, my friend, Derek. I've learned lots from you. Haha, like I've said before, you're just like a WISE OLD UNCLE.

Haha, there's some good and bad in that. The good part? It's more of God's peace in my heart. The Bad? The peacefulness is preparing me for something bad.

yeap, can you believe it, it's already time to be going to Baguio, the Phillipines. Time flies really fast. Today, I'll be going to APYAC, Asia Pacific Youth Alive Conference, then we'll be overnighting at Sarah's then we'll be flying off in the morning.

well, what have I been doing the past few days? PERGI SHOPPING LAH.

haha, yeap, went shopping with my mom, and actually I didn't buy many things, all I bought was a sleeveless tee. And the rest were SS-ing in the dressing room with dresses I can't afford to buy.

And also eating, eating, eating all the way lah. haha.

well, today was a much relaxing day then other days.

haha, watched Spongebob, Ponyo On The Cliff and played Katamari Damaci until pening kepala. XD

btw; Ponyo On The Cliff is another great animation by Studio Ghibli, animation and scenery is breathtaking, soundtrack is dreamy yet majestic. LOVE IT. haha, my only complain?

I wish it was a little longer and the plot more developed. yeap.

ohyes, the past few three days we were having a seminar,

A VERY GUNG HO SEMINAR i must say,

with Pas. Ruth Ch'ng, a jinjang (canaan back in the day) assembly homie.

she really stressed that all she was today, was because of her coming to Jinjang Assembly, our church back in those days. She said, THERE WOULD BE NO RUTH CH'NG IF SHE DIDN'T STEP FOOT IN CANAAN.

Her testimony is one very touching, and through it you can see how God works in her.

ok, she said, when tragedy strikes her, they don't come individually, multiple tragedies always came at one time.

for example, she always belittled herself and thought she couldn't do anything,

but then came the time with God's help that she was going for her graduation ceremony.

She would be graduating with a master in the new testament.

At the same time as she was graduating, she received a phone call.

SEVEN of her family members died in an accident.

SEVEN.

then through this she learned,

that, POWER will come in WEAKNESS.

tough times constantly bug her because she was a threat to the devil. well, the devil won't bug you if you're harmless to his work rite?

and, through times like this, she learned to depend on God and GROW.

and yah, after she spoke, it gave me great courage, and I felt ON FIRE, so to say.

{she stressed alot on being on fire}

everytime she encountered troubles, God would help her through it, and she would persevere on. But she was such a fiery christian, that troubles would come later on BECAUSE, she was a threat to the devil. I rmb what she said;

When you face troubles, don't blame God,

{because, she was such a great christian, she served God faithfully, but why did she face all this hardships,she asked God}.

Be brave and proud that your fieriness and obedience to God has proven, a DANGER and massive THREAT to Satan.

so that was a piece of encouragement to me.

Another hardship she went through was;

she has three children. During her pregnancy for the first two, she faced complications, but in the end they turn out normal.

The pregnancy of her last child was great, but her child was born with Down's Syndrome.

Not only that, {rmb the multiple tragedy thing?} her son was given 12 days to live,

because he had MULTIPLE MAJOR MEDICAL CONDITIONS.

he had a hole in his heart, liver problems, collapsed lungs, kidney failures,

thyroid gland not functioning and experienced blindness at that time.

you tell me, how could he have survived?

but to this day, her son is now 7 and there were many more miracles, but it's easier for me to tell than to type. So, i'll tell you next time^^

yes, I deeply admire this lady, handling what's she's gone through and all.

ohyes, before anything, when Joel was a baby, Pas. Ruth sang to him two songs, I have a destiny and Jesus Loves You. And Joel has never sang back those two songs.

Now, because of her son, Joel's history of multiple medical conditions, PLUS down's syndrome,

the hospital that he was in constantly calls her to bring Joel back, like for the doctors to show their students and for mock exams.

One day, students plus the doctors were there looking at Joel.

One girl, who was gonna graduate was asked to make him respond to her.

Bear in mind ar, down's syndrome.

So she try to ask him all those simple stuff, like nose eyes ears, blablabla.

Hahaha, Joel REFUSED to answer.

You know what he said?

"Mommy, I want to sit on your lap." XD

that girl asking simple questions like he's some unintelligent kid, instead he said this.

Then she was becoming impatient, so she asked,

"Joel, can you sing us a song?"

Rmb, he had never sang this song before in his entire life but probably heard his mom singing to him.

He started to sing LOUDLY,

"I HAVE A DESTINYYYY~~"

if that's not a miracle, I don't know what is.

And one time, he just sat beside a pastor's wife in Baguio, Phillipines and prayed for her.

He laid hands and prayed for her.

She had Cancer.

=) well, when I heard Pas. Ruth's story, there were times I wanted to cry, and times I was really happy, thanking God.

moral of the story?

God will work wonders, mostly during the worst of situations,

if and when, you depend on Him.

this guy, though we have not heard much bout him, has actually been working in Hollywood,

and was behind some of the CGI effects for movies like Wanted, X-Men Origins, The Incredible Hulk, Alien Vs. Predator : Requiem and The Curious Case of Benjamin Button.

people who aren't christians would always wonder,

why are this bunch of people so interested in converting us to their faith?

why are they so bent on making everyone believe in their God?

the answer?

Each and every christian does all these things for this sole purpose.

WE WANT TO SEE YOU IN HEAVEN TOO.

imagine, going up there, but not seeing you father's face, your mom's face, or your best friend's face.

In my humble opinion and just for thinking,

reasons why you should give God a chance.

1. Every religion promotes doing good right? And by doing good you can go to heaven right?

2. But instead, we believe, that to go to heaven you need to believe in this person called Jesus.

not just by doing good works.

3. Since every religion promotes doing good works and the teachings of christianity teach you to be good, why not try it? you only need to believe AND, a life in heaven is guranteed.

But, here's the major difference, Christians believe that believing in God, IS THE ONLY WAY YOU'LL GET TO HEAVEN.

Q: What is Jocelyn getting at here?

4. A= If you die, and you finally reach the gate of heaven. If God is real, and you happened to believe and was a christian, YOU GO TO HEAVEN. yay.

But if God didn't exist, YOU STILL GO TO HEAVEN.

why? according to other religion's teachings, as long as you do good, you'll go to heaven, be reincarnated and what not. Besides, with christianity teaching you to do good, you would have been doing good during your life on Earth.

Now, what if God's real and you didn't believe in Him for your entire life?

you WON'T GO TO HEAVEN. why?

Referring to no.3, Christians believe that believing in God, IS THE ONLY WAY TO HEAVEN, rmb? so, sad to say, no matter how much you beg, you're still going to that Place of Suffering.

so, I'll leave that thought we you guys=)

seriously, I cried during a few chapters. and I finished the book in a day.

this book is an autobiography of Lydia K. Kristanto,

an indonesian chinese who married Rev. Loh Soon Choy.

her story is one, that after reading,

you will realise how fortunate we all are.

how fortunate to live in a modern Malaysia minus wars, poverty and the like.

how fortunate we are {most of us}, to grow up with BOTH parents.

how fortunate that we have God to watch over us.

I promise you this is a really good read.

Makes you wanna root for her as she overcomes difficulty after difficulty in life.

Through her life story, you can see why things happen, and how God's plan always works out.

and we're in the process of buying a new glass cabinet=))))

I think if I had joined EAK, I would be terribly miserable during the holidays, considering the LOAD OF WORK to be done. besides, I know this was very terrible of me to tell the team and Pn. Lim so late, but I guess I don't have the interest anymore. And looking back at what I said I'm sorry, cause I told Pn. Lim,

I dunno what projects I have next year, but I know I will have alot of projects coming my way.

yeah, that was a wrong attitude for me to have.

and of course I felt a lil, um, bad? when Pn. Lim said, your church work is outside of school, and you don't need to spend so much time on it. U needa get koko marks, which ur churchwork won't contribute to.

CF OVERNIGHT PRAYER.

IT WAS AWESOME!

like seriously. Although...I suffered the next day.

due to, STANDING FROM 7STH TO 10AM {ST.JOHN DUTY}, coming back to continue SLS practice and some quick R&R in the media room watching seabiscuit, then CF{finished watching Patch Adams}, then moving to MeiFen's church for worship practice{need to practice ma singing!} then I went home and I still couldn't have a nap, cause gotta practice with Leva for our Butterfly performance, then went to school for the overnight prayer.

CONCLUSION: ABSOLUTELY NO SLEEP BEFORE GOING FOR THE PRAYER.

what time I slept after the prayer? 4AM + to 7 + AM

next day? went home at 10, 11/12 sth am, went to church, from the telematch rush to my house, change, and bertolak for prefect's farewell. =) I guess i'm built to tahan.

well, there were definitely consequences.

I could not keep my eyes awake starting from 12am. after the first session. yeap, I STRUGGLED MAN. haha, then after Ms.Sim finished speaking, I immediately went to drink the "GURANTEE CANNOT SLEEP LEMON + {some other flower} TEA" sumbangan Pn. Grace. FUH, INSTA-RESULTS. I could then last until 3am, where I couldn't tahan edi, while praying at the koko room.

so that's that, now the details.

Session 1~

I was absolutely blessed. Yeah, I bawled my eyes out that I had panda eyes. But what better way, crying because you realise God DOES LOVE YOU. I really felt His presence and it was just fresh, reviving and sweet. yeap, u heard me right. And I got a word from God.

He gave me a picture.

I was in a field of flowers, daisies precisely, like dancing with God, ala our sketch.

I literally could like breathe fresh air.

And the word that came to me was,

NEW BEGINNING.

and of course, I wasn't sure,

so I asked God,

If this really is your word, make my nose unblock this next time when I breathe in.

{haha, noseblock due to crying}

and when I breathed in, my nose was unblocked!

I also felt light, like He was uplifting me.

Uplifting my spirits.

yeap, so yeah.

God is bringing in a new beginning for me,

a breath of fresh air,

AND IM EXCITED.

Ms. Sim taught us to hear God.

Well, according to her, when we fast we are denying our flesh and so, we are more focused on God, therefore, we can HEAR HIM CLEARER.

by hear, it doesnt just mean hear,

it means u get a feeling, or impression, or a picture.

YEAH.

So we had a blessing one another session, where u pray to get a word from God FOR the person ur praying for.

So we did the whole Hearing God thing pretty quick cause you are supposed to take the first thing that comes to ur mind.

1. So Mei Fen's word for me was Love.

That God loves me very much.

this was applicable to me.

you see, how do u know whether it's right or wrong?

You must check whether the word is Encouraging, Exalting God, and Comforting.

And if it's applicable to u, take it, if not, leave it.

2. Michelle got a picture for me.

It was a FLOWER. a blooming one.

which she told me, God meant as A NEW BEGINNING.

*har...seee..*

3. Flora got like such a detailed picture for me.

She saw grass. One particular grass was taller than the rest.

But there were thorns on it. Later on the thorns dropped off.

*the meaning? I am that grass, the thorns are troubles, in the end, I would have overcome the troubles and stand strong with God.

4. Ms. Boey couldn't get a picture but she sensed

the strength of God in me. And she said it was strong.

But I have to persevere, she said, and make time for God.

*more often*

and yeah, that was the cool part. Of course everything's cool also la. But that would be too long to elaborate. I'll tell u more face to face. ^^

and yes, PEOPLE.

MS. GOH IS AN ABSOLUTELY NICE, KIND, SMILEY PERSON.

she just paints a stricter picture of herself in school.

but these two days, she was all smiley, and she spoke so gently.

and I got to see a side of her we normally don't see.

and yeah, I LOVE HER.=)

people, do realise, HOW MUCH SHE HAS DONE FOR U, AND THE SCHOOL.

HOW MUCH OF UR UNKIND WORDS SHE WOULD HAVE ENDURED.

hahaha, so I just came back from dinner.

There was this big table of people beside our table.

I think it must be a family dinner.

So, of course got teenagers present la.

Some guys particularly who speak english and look like youths from some church.

Their parents ask them to shift to another table,

"BOYS SIT OVER THERE LAH."

so the guys only shifted to the table behind me.

We waited quite a LOOONG time for our dishes to come.

Cause the place was packed with people.

And so, I had my #1 Captain Underpants, iPod and phone by my side.

I usually don't bring this much stuff to dinner, the iPod and Captn U. happened to be in mommy's car.

So I just played games on the iPod until BATTERY HABIS, played a very basic game on my father's phone,{as my mom was reading captn u first} and I finished reading the book,

and, running out of things to do, I tried to delete some of my 900+ messages.

*some are too nice to delete lahh*

and mana tau, one of the ppl there was my dad's ex-colleague, and her daughter?

st.marian, choir alto girl.

And, I could also hear their conversation.

THEY TALK SO LOUD.

AND I WAS BORED.

something about Lady Gaga, physics, iPod, blabla, and then I heard girl several times.

then the food came.

and we ate.

and then we were getting ready to leave.

when I stood to leave, {I would pass their table}

I walk la to the door.

the quality of a camera does not depend on MEGAPIXELS. does not depend on mps, i repeat.

Megapixels are the biggest marketing lie ever.

The higher Mps the better the photo for printing {when u blow sth up}, quality {as in the colours, all that} do not depend on mps.

What do they depend on then?

THE CAMERA LENS.

yesh. now, panasonic cameras are fitted with Leica lenses. Leica is one of the most expensive and QUALITY lenses in the world. so ppl usually say, pa-na-so-nic ar {in cina slang} good meh?

it doesn't matter what brand, how many mps or anyth, it matters where the lens is from.

best lenses are from; Leica, Nikon and Canon.

although, I can't gurantee this will be my last post just yet.

Well, like Hoyan, I almost had a breakdown. In fact lotsa times, I could just breakdown thinking of many other things. BESIDES PMR.

There were many times when I would cry. obviously for reasons BESIDES PMR. Sometimes it does hurt badly knowing you'll have to go through it probably many more times in the future. But of course, it is this times, that I turned to God. He makes me feel better each time.

Sometimes, crying is a way to make yourself feel better. It numbs out your sorrows.

so remember, if you're facing a terribly bad day, turn to God.

yup, the title does explain.

anyway, updates on this two weeks first;

so we had injections which I oh-so-love-so-much.=)

1st day wasn't pain, when I wake up the next day only, omgudness...pain like there's ONE BIG HARD PAIN THINGY at the injection place. I still love injections^^ I think i'm going for Rubella, even though they no longer give that jab.

2ndly, I am so depressed.

I GOT NUMBER 3 IN CLASS.

yah, I know it's number3 and it's still ok but I'm still depressed.

mostly, I have been facebooking, internetting and doing stuff for my church's

40TH ANNIVERSARY dinner. which is tomorrow. =) haha, i'm wearing a dress.

ah, yes, to EVERYONE. I am sure you were annoyed by the brat in my previous post. XP..

I guarantee you will utter a not-so-nice word after you listen to this story of mine.

why? because Jocelyn USUALLY doesn't get irritated easily and THIS irritates me.

once upon a time,

ok, this story revolves around my mom at her office.

My mommie has ~~an irritating~~ boss and ~~another super irritating~~ lady boss.

the Lady Boss has a ~~spoiled/rich/feellikewanttoslapher~~ daughter. who's just a year younger than me. well, this Lady boss isn't exactly my mom's direct boss, but she's still one of those heads which makes her superior to my mom.

THIS LADY BOSS loves to dump unnecessary work on my mom who has alot of other things to do. IMAGINE THIS.

you have lotsa work to do, but this lady boss, who isn't ur direct boss is asking you to PRINT, USING BANK PRINTER, her DAUGHTER'S SJ PROJECT.

you may ask, what's the problem with that?

I'll give you reasons why IT IS SUCH A PROBLEM.

1. interrupting my mom's work

2. using the BANK'S MONEY, INK AND PRINTER.

3. you are not supposed to use the bank's stuff for personal purposes.

4. people are gonna misunderstand and think, MY MOM is printing HER OWN PERSONAL STUFF. FOR ME.

5. that lady boss' daughter is using SOME STUPID UNREADABLE BY THE BANK COMPUTER SOFTWARE which obviously takes up alot of my mom's time to configure, and print out a nice copy.

6. that ladyboss is so dang rich. and her daughter has a DRIVER, so CUT THE SPOILEDness and LAZY ATTITUDE and go find a shop to print it. {you are wasting people's time, aka my mom's}

7. THAT DAUGHTER OF HER'S HAS THE DANG NERVE to call up and say, why so long not yet done.

8. THAT DAUGHTER OF HER'S thinks her mom is some bigshot who has many slaves,

who can use bank property at will and can print multiple copies of her PROJECT.

9. THAT SJ PROJECT OF HER DAUGHTER'S is a "kumpulan" effort. so why not ask all your other rich friends to share money and bring it to a shop to print?

10. DUE TO HER DAUGHTER STUPIDLY USING A picture to act as the background for her project, the words can't be seen and the printer can't print it out correctly.

SO THIS STUPID BOSS asks my mom to change the background. and HOW CAN YOU CHANGE THE BACKGROUND if your daughter uses some unreadable software?

not only that, when my mom finally changes the background and prints it out,

THE LADYBOSS' STUPID SPOILED DAUGHTER can call up and complain as to why the background is changed.

the fact is;

you as a form 2 or 1 girl should be independent enough. go print out your own project.

find means by yourself. IT'S YOUR PROJECT, NO?

do me a favour, don't be such a brat.

you know, I could really have sympathised with my mom as to the stupid conditions she has to face daily.

conclusion? stupid, spoiled, rich, know next to nothing girls disgust me.

so,my dear friends, I thank God that NONE of us are as spoiled as that.
